  • A*S*K Certification exams
  • Program of Study exams (End of Program)
  • End-of-Course exams
  • Standard/Instructional Area exams

All exams must be administered according to local school district guidelines (small group testing recommended). Please note, A*S*K testing MUST be in a secured and proctored environment. Teacher-Recommended Resources for Online Learning

  • This chart contains resources used and recommended by the Teacher Advisory Network.
  • Knowledge@Wharton High School's Remote Learning platform is recommended by April Miller, MBA Research VP of Product Development.

For Conferencing With Students
"I used the MBA Learning Center (Canvas) conference tool yesterday and it was a very user-friendly tool. I was able to get students logged on, use the camera, and toggle between voice and the chat log. Switching back and forth to the full screen and presenter mode was very easy. I found this tool easier to use than Google Meet or Zoom." - Will Morgan, Business Teacher, Arvin Education Center (KY)

For Guest Speakers and Other Connections With Business Professionals
"I have used the pre-recorded and live video chats available through Nepris successfully with my students. I teach in a remote area, and this tool helps us learn from business professionals who aren't local." - Janet Brophy, Business Teacher, Haxtun High (CO)
(Right now you can sign up for a free Nepris account.)

High School of Business End-of-Course Assessments
The HSB final exam (WebXam) requirement will be waived for 2nd semester 2019/20. At the time of this decision, there is a great degree of uncertainly as to whether students will return to school buildings this year. While this is a difficult decision, MBA Research believes it is the right decision for U.S. students.

  • Teachers who wish to administer a replacement final exam may do so using the test items and short-answer questions within the MBA Learning Center and/or LAP lesson modules.
  • Teachers may decide to calculate the semester grade without the inclusion of a final exam grade.
  • Teachers may create their own custom exam if they would like to do so.
  • Schools that open their buildings before the end of the semester may choose to administer the HSB WebXam final exam. However, the scores will not be used by MBA Research in any way.
