Occupational Projections Promising for Marketing Research Analysts Featured

According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics:

“Employment of market research analysts is projected to grow 18 percent from 2019 to 2029, much faster than the average for all occupations.

Employment growth will be driven by an increasing use of data and market research across many industries. They will be needed to help understand the needs and wants of customers, measure the effectiveness of marketing and business strategies, and identify the factors affecting product demand.”

While most marketing research analysts jobs require a bachelor’s degree, this is a great example of one of the many business occupations that cross all sectors and industries. Besides analytical skills, strengths for this area include communications, an understanding of consumer behavior, and the ability to “tell the story behind the data.”

Bottom line: Secondary Business Administration programs provide the foundation for success in this field!
