With most shopping currently occurring online, the importance of a customer-centric shopping experience is more important than ever. Try this activity and put a twist on it by asking students to evaluate the customer service of several websites. This activity is found within the lesson module (LAP) Accentuate the Positive (Nature of Customer Relations).
